the bot found a ghost tile in this version. my cursor is not visible, but on the top right you see the coordinates 7, 305 where the bot sees a speeder but i don't. also it seems like the bot is complaining about the old speeder tile but it should only matter with max speed speeders? and the new version is not published afaik so how am i supposed to use the new speeders (i mean i could download a release candidate but imo it's too early to change the bot)


Also i might have missed an update, there is no update button in the client? Okay kinda off topic. However i am manually upgrading now to fix the thing the bot mentions. Imo the bot should only mention max speed speeders (afaik only those are changed)

The new speeders were included in the 19.1 update

The new speedups also differ to old speedups without max_speed set. They take the valramp effect into account that slows you down, and make sure that you don't slow down as an effect of the speedup. This was the reasoning of discouraging the use of the old speedups once the new speedups are in. This effect won't be observable in most cases where you use weak speedups, as you won't be fast enough

Broken map. 🥲 Played it with Welf and also found some optimizations. Details with the changelog. :)

First the big changes:
- fixed a bug where you could keep hammer (spawning at the same time as your dummy would skip the hammer off tile)
- i tried to make part 21 more intuitive
- reworked part 24 i hope it's better now (old way still works)
- the last part is slightly harder and you can do an extra shot into finish now Also many small fixes such as:
- added some pullers so you can't shotgun fly skip at tp 23
- changed some hookthrough tiles into hookables at tp 37 to avoid a boring alternative way
- tried to fix the no shotgun strat at 41 by making it slightly tighter (normal way still works fine)
- slightly simplified the transition from the prelast part to the last part
- deleted the to teles in the middle of three and moved one to tele 36 slightly for a better setup
- fixed tiny graphical bugs like corners, wrong markings or missing markings

they are supposed to indicate the shotgun shot, because some players had trouble understanding the part, but the arrows are not important to me i can remove them

funny idea but i don't have the logo creating skills tho, also the map has a different style than push your dummy (at first i planned it to be more similar, the first parts are indicating that, but then i found cooler parts that didn't fit to what i wanted to create haha)

I do not see how the arrows could be confusing. And please state your issue with the part shown. People can have different interpretations of ‘what even is this’.

not especially this part but those arrows in front of tele, showing the path, imo this doesn't make any sense

in entities you don't see the difference between the "good" and the "bad" teleporters, that's why they indicate where to go. i started using arrows to indicate shotgun shots at some parts, because the players wouldn't understand what to do (i don't want them to ragequit early because they struggle to understand a part). the map is quite long and less experienced players should have an easier time with some help.

I consider this map on the easier side (thats why i suggested 2 - tho mechanically it could be 3, depending on how proficient one is with shotgun) - so i find the arrows to be a helpful little extra for newer players. I wouldn't remove them personally.

i dont think new players play 2* dummy maps, new players should play novice 1-5

i dont see anything critical what should be changed. only tele 24 was still annoying for me, but i dont see how it could be changed in a good way without breaking the idea of this part and its not big deal anyway

on this map upload the bot didn't update it (or maybe it's just slow?) i tried to reproduce that in the message above (map + changelog text) but couldn't reproduce the issue. also uploading again worked...

Maybe it's pulling latest master or rebuilding or something. I was updating twmap today in order to detect ghost speedups like yours @Welf 🙂 btw thank you for making me aware of this issue. The bot was right with the detections
