I think creativity 5 is unreasonable low: yes the parts might be annoying to play, but their concept is for sure unique. also, imo some of your screens aren't as bad as you make it look like (25, 21, 19, 17, 16, 15, 14, 11, 4). seems like you didn't do some parts correctly or just misjudged them (e.g. I don't think 14. is really bad mapped, it's still fine to me). I can see what makes playability low, but you might want to reconsider it a bit 😛

The whole map is unplayable, why do you bother that much? 4q and 4u are disliked by the majority and were 90% played to skip and 4k is even worse
