Unfortunately you mapped in a style that is very outdated. Most of it is just some very simple drag parts where you don't have to look what you have to do and this makes it very boring. The gameplay is not creative at all you can get inspiration from other maps and give your parts a new twist but to me it looks like you remapped/copied parts you saw in other maps. So that alone would be the reason for decline but you also have other issues, like you have no background and the design overall is really bad. Unhookable/Hookable look way to similar they should not have the same color so it is clear where you can hook and where not.
Another thing is before you submit make sure you have no unused images or envelopes.

don't worry it takes a few maps to make something good but to be honest it doesn't get easier to be creative with already so many maps existing
