visible improvement to your last map (if I remember correctly), but needs some serious polishing. you should work on having a better structure, more space between parts and more space in general. some parts have cool ideas, others look like random stuff you quickly added to fill space. some parts are repetitive but that's a minor issue for now. also, some parts don't really work well. before submitting a map here, you should make sure that everything works flawless, try to have parts as best as they can be. I think it makes more sense to build a new map rather than trying to fix this one. (adding more space basically every will kinda go wrong)

you almost didnt change anything at all, with these changes it still unreleasable map, making everything tight is bad way to make parts more harder or failer, some drag parts is cool idea, but rest is just annoying to do, part difficult jumping very high from part to part, fillers also very bad, you can look at "Exhale" map for understand what is good fillers parts, and as jao said make sure that you really have fun playing your parts without super

trying yourself on a new map and making it good based on the given feedback is easier than trying to fix a bad map
